摘要
Rapidly developing customized products based on Web is becoming more and more necessary for manufacturing companies to survive and effectively compete in global markets, particularly for these small- or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Consequently, quickly selecting and allocating the most appropriate suppliers in accordance with the various customer requirements is critical for manufacturers to reduce cost and leadtime. This paper addresses the supplier selection problem based on the customer satisfaction and components consideration in product development process. A fuzzy multi-objective linear programming model for supplier selection based on the maximized customer requirement is proposed. A case study has demonstrated the effectiveness when selecting the most appropriate supplier combination for the industrial case product.
