摘要
The intent of this paper is to propose and discuss a universal criteria for evaluating hydrologic and water quality models. This paper provides a comprehensive description of the proposed criteria. The set of criteria includes various aspects of interest to potential model users. A full description of evaluation characteristics that address different classes (field scale, watershed scale), water quality parameters, and goals are also provided.
