摘要
During compressive creep, the cubical gamma' phase in [ 001] orientation single crystal nickel-based superalloy is transformed into the rafted structure along the direction parallel to the applied stress axis. By means of the elastic stress-strain finite element method, the von Mises stress distributions of the cubical gamma'/gamma phases are calculated for investigating the regularity of the directional coarsening of gamma' phase. Results show that the stress distribution of the cubical gamma/gamma' phases may be changed by applied compressive stress, and the bigger von Mises stress produced on ( 001) plane of the cubical gamma' phase is thought to be a main reason of occurring the microstructure evolution, and proposing the expression of the driving force for the directional growing of gamma' phase during compressive creep.
