摘要
With the deepening of economic globalization, corporate social responsibility has become a major focus issue at home and abroad. As a basic national industry and public utility, the subway industry has exposed many problems in the performance of social responsibility in recent years. This paper introduces the theory of corporate culture and the theory of corporate social responsibility, and explores the relationship between the two. This paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of corporate social responsibility of subway corporations in China, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the corporate social responsibility of subway corporations based on corporate culture.
