摘要
This article describes a two-week residential program for youths with visual impairments whose goals were to enhance their career development and transition from school to work. An evaluation of the program, based on telephone interviews with the participants and their parents, indicated that the program gave the participants the opportunity to socialize and share experiences with other youths and helped them acquire a number of skills and become more aware of careers and job responsibilities.
