摘要
The proper recycling of secondary building materials is a critical issue not only for the conservation of natural resources, the avoidance of landfill but also for the control of soil and groundwater pollution. In this paper the current status and the highlights of recycling systems in some developed countries were reviewed and discussed. A framework for an integrated recycling system in Taiwan was then proposed, mainly based on the successful experiences in the Netherlands.
