The Complexity of the Preparation of the Students of the Faculty of Economics and Management

Military professional must be elaborately prepared and complex personalities capable of separately, work proactively and creatively to meet the challenges of the peace service and contemporary and future operations. The personality of military professional must have the relevant professional knowledge, sufficient psychological resistance to load situations, high physical fitness and high moral qualities. To achieve the above requirements shall conform to the structure and content of the training of military personnel from the beginning of their service through preparation in schools and courses to the continuous training in the performance of the function. The contribution deals with the requirements for the preparation of the students of the University of defence, current status, and gives some suggestions to improve the training of students.
