摘要
As shown, the regulated values of mechanical properties under tension of the 34XH3M steel after operation during at congruent to 3.10(5) h as a disk of steam turbine is not satisfied that indicates on the steel degradation. As revealed, using fractography analysis, the nucleation of crack in the damaged disk of steam turbine appears by the mechanism of fretting fatigue due to low-amplitude displacements of blade roots into the disk groove, and its subsequent extension takes place by the mechanism of corrosion-fatigue crack growth. The characteristics of the high-cycle, corrosion and fretting fatigues of steels in a virgin state and after operation are compared. Salient features of fractures of such steels are revealed.
