Research on Building the Mode of a Restrictive Contract in Supply Chain

With the progress of science and technology and the development of productivity, the competition between enterprises has risen for the competition between supply chains. While, because the participants in supply chain have the characteristics of independent economies, so they may ignore the overall revenue of the chain, and do some zero-sum behavior. That means we need to establish some restrictive contracts to regulate these participants' behavior in the chain. This article formulates a proper restraint contract from the angle of the cooperative game theory, combining with the economic order strategy and experienced contract theory and the multi-product bundling quantity discount contract. At last the contract is verified by mathematical model, and hoping it will have some guiding significance in the enterprise's actual production management.
