摘要
Innovative capability is widely seen to be the conducting force in firm's competitive advantage. Based on a perspective of social capital theory, we argue that the social capital available related to economic variables may also be a necessary element of the product innovation through the process of "learning by doing". In the article, the form of social capital, its use and its potential in the product innovation are analyzed.
