摘要
The objective of the study was to establish the influence of immunostimulators used in pregnant sows on the immunological quality of their colostrum. The studies were performed on 20 sows (Polish Landrace) in four experimental groups, unvaccinated and clinicaly healthy. The following immunostimulators were used starting 4-6 weeks before parturition: group I - dimer lysozyme KLP-602, group II - levamisole, group III - baypamun, group IV - untreated and served as a control. The following elements were determined in colostrum obtained just after parturition: colostral specific gravity, total protein content, activity of lysozyme, content of IgG. It was found that the above mentioned immunostimulators used in pregnant sows positively influenced the immunological duality of colostrum by increasing the level of IgG and total protein.
