Nowadays, all of companies are facing tight competition. One of strategies to compete the competition is having an efficient material and information flow in internal company (logistics systems). Companies need to measure their logistics performance as well as to design action plan to improve their performance. This paper proposes logistics performance measurement system using integrated of value chain, SWOT matrix, and Balanced Scorecard Concepts. A case study in a wafer manufacturer is presented to implement this integrated framework. The logistics performance measurement system consists of perspectives related to the components of logistics system in company's value chain. Based on strategies in SWOT matrix, Key Performance Indicators for each perspective are determined. After determining KPI-s and their weighted, the logistics scorecard is designed, and started to measure the performance of this manufacturer. Based on the lowest performance of key performance indicators (KPI), the action plans are designed.
