摘要
Improving logistics performance is at the core of the economic growth and competitiveness agenda. Policymakers globally recognize the logistics sector as one of their key pillars for development. Indeed, inefficient logistics raises the costs of trading and reduces the potential for global integration. A developing country likes Vietnam recognises that seamless and sustainable logistics as an engine of growth and of integration with global value chains (WorldBank, 2014). The issue to Vietnam logistics sector is how to accurately measure logistics performance, and then fmd out and improve the ineffective aspects of logistics sector. This article is to discuss the role of KPIs in general and propose some KPIs to control logistics service quality of Vietnam companies in particular.
