Wenzhou is an outstanding representative in terms of Chinese private economy and medium-sized and small enterprises (MSEs). Besides market factors, the foremost factor perplexing and restricting the existence and development of MSEs is financing difficulty, so it's of universal, practical significance for solving the financing difficulty of MSEs to analyze effectively the cause and mechanism of forming such difficulty of Wenzhou's MSEs. By analyzing their characteristics and development dilemma and deeply researching MSEs' own factors, financial institutions' business trend and social environment. this article demonstrates the forming mechanism and reason of their financing difficulty and puts forward business thought and suggestions.
