摘要：
In the seedtime of developing countries, being short of capital is the main haunting cause of economic gain. The pinch of fund and the difficulties in financing are obstructing economic growth. The paper analyzes the present financing problems for small and medium-sized enterprises from both the internal and the external aspects empirically to find some financing measures for them on the basis of no increased resources. It aims to help those small and medium-sized enterprises out of the pinch of capital and stimulate them to develop fast.
