摘要
Within the theme, the level of rapport in the university development is determined from the orientation of the objectives of sustainable development for education; analysis carried out in the heat of the scientific principles of social responsibility, the direct relationship with the institution, the analytical study of strategic planning, the observation, and semi-structured interviews with authorities and members of the institute, new institution of the city of Santo Domingo (Ecuador), with which it is concluded there is an important relationship based on strategic planning, the execution of its work as a response to the social requirement, and the use of a broad communication that generates trust, based on the administrative and teaching structure, which gives meaning to the institutional development.
