摘要：
The reverse technology spillover effect of outward foreign direct investment (OFDI) on home country has been a hot topic recently. This paper conducts an empirical study on the relationship between OFDI and technical progress based on international R&D spillover model, using the OFDI data of China to twelve countries and regions from 1993 to 2009. The results show that impact of OFDI on China's technical progress is negative and insignificant. Moreover, OFDI doesn't Granger cause technical progress.
