摘要：
The article offers a methodics of financial sustainability evaluation of local budget which takes into consideration the current state as well as long-term trends in changes of financial autonomy indices, the budget efficiency and the financial sufficiency. Financial sustainability of Sumy municipal budget is evaluated basing on the offered approach.
