摘要
Simultaneous determination of Cu(II) and Zn(II) by partial least square calibration has been described. Murexide has been used as chromogenic reagent. Beta-correction technique has been used to optimize the variables influencing the system and to resolve the spectrum of ligand from the spectra of its copper and zinc complexes. Total relative error obtained with PLS method for 16 synthetic samples containing 0.07-2.70 mug mL(-1) Cu(II) and 0.06-1.20 mug mL(-1) Zn(II) was 1.5%. The proposed method for determination of Cu and Zn was validated for the solutions of several synthetic alloys. Uzywajac czastkowej kalibracji, opartej na najmniejszych kwadratach, oznaczono jednoczesnie Cu(II) i zinc(II). Odczynnikiem chromogenicznym byl mureksyd. Do optymalizacji zmiennych wplywajacych na zachowanie ukladu i wyizolowanie widma ligandu z widm jego kompleksow zjonami miedzi i cynku zastosowano technike beta-korekcji. Calkowity wzglqdny blad, obliczony dla 16 syntetycznych probek zawierajacych 0,07-2,70 mug mL(-1) Cu(II) i 0,06-1,20 mug mL(-1) Zn(II), wynosil 1,5%. Zaproponowana metoda zostala zwalidowana dla roztworow kilku syntetycznych stopow.
