摘要
In order to meet multiple demands in market, on the preconditions of product planning designed for customer's requirements, enterprises must have some flexibility in manufacturing process and offer eligible product in delivery date in order to get more profit. Therefore the paper produces the concept of capacity flexibility and its three indices which incarnate flexibility: quality, cost and scheduling. It primarily differentiates the relation between capacity flexibility and quality control, and thinks that enhancing quality control in manufacturing process benefits the enhancement of its capacity flexibility; and brings forward that we infiltrate lean production into integrated control strategy between quality prevention control and six sigma management to realize the combination of high quality, low cost and high speed, and to synthetically enhance capacity flexibility of manufacturing process.
