摘要：
This paper applies regional economics basic theory and method to discuss the problems of Dalian fishery economy development. It analysis and combs systematically the basic condition of Dalian fishery economy development and the historical evolution of fishery economy development in Dalian, which points out the present main problems of fishery economy development in Dalian. Finally it proposes the countermeasures for fishery economy development in Dalian.
