摘要
In this work we consider the problem of a charged coupled (by a spring with stiffness k) inverted pendulums that are controlled by an external affection applied to the moving platform (such an affection is treated as a control). We consider the case of mechanical control as well as the possibility to use the control by an external electric field (due to the fact that the considered pendulums are charged). We also discuss some possible opportunities for control of unstable system based on the observable characteristics (e.g., the electromagnetic radiation from such a system).
