摘要
The traffic safety information is essential for intelligent transportation, as for the current collected traffic information, the effective utilization rate is relatively low, it is also difficult to evaluate the information availability and effectiveness, so developing a good traffic information warning platform is very significant for public travelers. Based on this, using the typical expressway as the application scenario, we developed a personalized traffic safety information push system. the system overall framework and key technology were deeply studied and the rationally designed, it implemented personalized traffic information actively pushing, including the bad weather events, facilities risk events, road network index events, blocking events, recovering events. Furthermore, the SpingMVC mybatis and Java NIO Netty open source framework were adopted for system cross-platform and high concurrent communication. Baidu LBS cloud storage / cloud search and Ali cloud server technology were synthetically used to keep system data security and confidentiality. During the test, the system could provide personalized traffic safety information service in real time. It works well and shows a good performance.
