摘要
The presence of SMEs make an important contribution to the national economy. In order to enhance the competitiveness of SMEs, until now, various attempts have been carried out by the Government. One way to increase the growth of SMEs through cluster approach. Cluster development and growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) support programs Regional Innovation Cluster. Regional Innovation Systems is an integral part of the National Innovation System. In realizing National Innovation Systems effective and productive, and significantly contribute to national economic growth necessary to strengthen Regional Innovation Systems. The innovation could not go partially, he must be collaboration between the academy, the industry/ the business and the government. (C) 2015 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
