摘要
In this paper, an intelligent monitoring management system of tower crane is designed based on PLC and WinCC. As the core of tower crane electrical control unit, PLC processes the data from sensors and transmits the operation parameters to WinCC configuration screens for real-time display. The system can give the alarm when overweight, high torque or too large inclination happens, and anti-collision self-learning function is added in the system. The experiments prove that the system can play a good role in tower crane safety protection.
