摘要
This paper used the WINCC monitoring software and the combination of PLC control mode, and realize the substation control monitoring of Real-time monitoring and control, convenient operation personnel in indoor can get the distance information and control of a control station. In a computer on the WINCC installation CP5611 communication interface card realize PLC system and to WINCC6.0 communication, use STEP7 programming software can through the MPI normal connection PLC, the fact proved that, through the design of the monitoring software of WINCC 6.0 and PLC STEP7 program design and realize the four functions away: elesignalisation, distant adjustment, telemeasuring, telecontrol, completed online trend diagram, alarm, the main transformer the cold wind system monitoring function, achieve the substation distributed control, controlled stand unattended automation function.
