摘要
Castleman disease is a rarely seen lymphoproliferative disease. Paraneoplastic pemphigus can lead the way in the diagnosis of Castleman disease as these two diseases can co-occur. Nipple hyperkeratosis is associated with malignancies as a part of cutaneous lymphoma and malignant acanthosis nigricans. Castleman disease and nipple hyperkeratosis have never been previously reported in the literature. Herein, we present a case of Castleman disease diagnosed with further investigations that occurs paraneoplastic pemphigus emergent with severe stomatitis and vesiculobullous lesions in the body and nipple hyperkeratosis in the nipples.
