摘要
With the deepening development of civil-military integration, military standardization system faced profound changes, which would have a profound impact to quality assurance of the military, the level of technological advancement, acquisition of market mechanisms, and the defense industry development. Based on the model deduction of endogenous growth theory, through depth study on the relationship between the optimal intensity standard and relatively capital intensive of national defense industry, this paper argued that only through the use of appropriate standardized mechanism and reasonable choice of standard strength, to play an appropriate lever role in the technological progress and development, and a regulatory role in resource allocation, and an effective guiding role in defense industry development, promote the healthy development of civil-military integration. This paper firstly took relatively capital-intensive as the contact link on research of military standardization and defense industry, concluded that only by the relatively capital-intensive military, could enterprises have sound and rapid development in the process of civil-military integration, which had been effectively used in strategic planning of the defense industry and long-term development of military standards.
