摘要：
The paper is focused on the effectiveness of Regional Development Agencies. Therefore the indicators, like certification systems, quality systems and completeness of information on their services, were compared. The databases of project managers maintained by Regional Authorities were found as a useful tool for establishing regional networks among private and public partners. The last part of article was devoted to diversity of Regional Authorities approaches to the creating this databases.
