摘要：

Purchasing business process reengineering is an important tool to improve enterprise's performance. The course of purchasing business process reengineering is faced with a series of risk. But the theoretical research of this respect is still little. This paper has analyzed the possible existent risk in purchasing business process reengineering course from the angle of project management, utilized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation technique to evaluate these risks systematically and offered certain theoretical basis for the decision of project.
