Reform and Innovation of Management System of Social Security Fund Board

Social security fund is the material foundation of the social security system in our country, and has an irreplaceable function in ensuring social equity, promoting social stability and promoting economic development. At the present, improving the supervision system of social security fund and strengthening the prevention of the management risk of social security fund is an important problem concerning social security undertakings that needs to be solved urgently. Based on this, for the innovation of the system of social security fund council, through analyzing the current problems existing in the system of social security fund in our country, comparing the international social security fund management mode, combined with China's national conditions, a series of reforms, such as enterprization reform, the double management system, perfection for the governance structure of the investment and operation of the "payment type" pension fund in this article.
