摘要
Driving force of changes in land is leading factor in land-cover change, including the natural driving force and the Humanities and Social driving force. The driving force affecting the land structure, quantity, intended purpose in many aspects, eventually leading to a change inland use patterns. This paper mainly research driving force of changes in land for construction to reveal the changing rules. It is impotent to mastering construction land development trends and optimizing the structure of urban land.
