摘要：

This paper explores the relationship between the industry life-cycle and the Competitive strategies for real estate enterprises, based on the theories of industry life-cycle and strategic management. It analyzes the characteristics of every stage in real estate industry life cycle and proves that the traits of the real estate industry life cycle certainly influence all alternative strategies available to the real estate firms. This paper aims to point out how the real estate corporations should make their correct strategy decisions in different stages of the industry life-cycle.
