摘要：
In the recent years, College English Teaching is used with the modern educational technique, multimedia. With the development and perfecting of this kind of teaching pattern, we nowadays put more emphasis on the assessment of College English Teaching. So how to build a sort of assessment model of college English is becoming more and more important. Here are the reasons that can give back the quick and constant information to the teachers and students, and promote the teaching skills of the teachers, meanwhile improve the motivation of the students.
