摘要
As one of ITS' important parts, the Intelligent Parking Guidance System (IPGS) contributes much in the transportation management of a city. At the moment, the condition of developing IPGS is not yet ripe in many cities of China. Aiming to the situation, the subsystem of IPGS is studied in the paper. The system is used to realize the intelligent construction and reconstruction for a single subsystem of Parking Guidance, when the time is suitable, the subsystem will be able to cut in the whole system and run in the system smoothly.
