摘要
Currently, intensive land use has not only become one of the important contents of circular economy and economical society, but also is a key work in country land resource management departments. By analyzing methods of city land intensive use evaluation, we point out the current research has the following problems: Be short of the science valuation reference department; the index sign system is only a one-way index sign; do not build dynamic and static tied index system; and there is no organic union with relative outcome, etc. By analyzing, the outcomes of town land gradation is put forward for the foundation to build up an united reference department, build up a index sign system contain dynamic and static index, and include forward and opposite index, and at the same time, this index system combine with the outcome of city land class and quotation, Using Delphi method and synthetic evaluation to build mathematic model. The result indicates that the index system of evaluation is creative, the reasonable value ascertaining is scientific, studying method and result have a pragmatism, and this will provide certain drawing lessons to research intensive land use.
