摘要
An Al2O3-MgO precast block was manufactured by using white fused corundum, fine Al2O3, and fused MgO. -Al2O3, microsilca and calcium aluminate cement were selected as binders. The results showed that proper linear change rate of the precast block was controlled by particle size and adding amounts of fused MgO. The slag corrosion resistance of Al2O3-MgO precast block bonded by rho-Al2O3 was superior to that of the microsilica bonded and CA cement bonded. And rho-Al2O3 bonded Al2O3-MgO precast block was applied at Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corporation (WISCO) to meet the requirements of production clean steel in large scale.
