Regional Problems of Environmental Protection Activities in Energy Companies

摘要
In this paper the results of environmental protection activities are presented. Estimation of data from some energy companies of Zabaykalsky Krai was made using cost based method. It has shown a significant impact of energy production on the atmosphere in this area. Estimation was made using universal cost parameters of economic damage and payments for the negative impact. The calculation of economic damage was made according to "Methodology for determining of the prevented environmental damage". The value of payment for the negative impact was calculated with usage of regulatory fees according to "Regulatory fees for emissions of air pollutants from stationary sources". Rosstat and the governmental statistics on the environmental protection were used as data sources for the information about some of energetic companies in Zabaikalsky Krai. It is revealed that payments are much lower than the economical cost of damage. And also, despite the payments have been included into cost of production, the companies have no motivation to the wide-scale conservation yet.
