摘要
The introduction of the article describes forms of growth of the transport service value from different points of view From the functionality of transportation services point of view, from the solving of customers problems point of view, from the experience from transportation service point of view and from the importance of the transportation service point of view. In other parts of the article there are compiled possibilities and ways of increasing the transportation service value from different points of view. From the customer of the transportation service point of view, from the profitability of the relation between the transportation service provider and the customer and from the utility of transportation services user point of view.
