摘要
Rural labor flow is an outstanding phenomenon in the development of modern society, and it has brought a huge impact on all aspects of society, both in positive and negative way. Therefore, coordination of the rural floating labor force is one of the important factors to resolve the "Three rural issues" problem. This paper takes full advantage of research data and information from questionnaire surveys and field visits to four cities, which is one of the Liaoning social economic development project topics. And it gives great insight into the present situation of Liaoning rural labor force flow and analyzes emphatically the impact of rural labor flow on rural economic development in Liaoning province. At the same time, we give some suggestions on how to coordinate the flow of rural labor force and make it more reasonable.
