Study on the Risk Management Method for Petrochemical Enterprise

Based on the VaR technology and pressure testing method, the petrochemical enterprise risk management method was proposed. The new method can overcome disadvantages of the traditional method which only gives relative severity of the deficiencies. The new method would establish risk quantifiable assessment and early warning and control system as well as performance assessment method based on risk value methods. The new method uses optimizing combination methods to apply integrated risk management and avoid significant risk incidents. The research will be expanded to study mathematics, economics and optimization and other interdisciplinary. As a result, a high-risk enterprise management method with independent intellectual property rights would be established.
