摘要：
New enterprises play an important role in the social and economic development. As starting a business process is always accompanied with a lot of uncertainties. Compared to individualistic entrepreneurship, most of new start-ups are created by entrepreneurial team. The paper reviewed the basic concepts of the entrepreneurial team, and summarized the characteristics of entrepreneurial team structure and relationships between performance and business growths.
