On the Vertical Flow Method of Modern Enterprises Management

Modern enterprises require not only cooperation and division of work among horizontal factors, but also sequential achievement of vertical aims. Perfect institution, cultivation of staff's spirit, cooperative team should become three large aims of modern enterprises. The three aims can't be accomplished at the same time, and instead, they come one after another in sequence, and together constitute elementary aims of vertical flow method of modern organization management. The paper takes slope degree of construction lines of humanity, institution, group as standards, and divides organization growth into creation, development, maturity. In different management stages, managers should have duly emphasis regarding humanity proposition of the staff, established stage task, and constructed organization structure. The vertical management stages accordingly are stages of basic management, humanity management, and group style management.
