Establish the Mechanism Model and Empirical Study between Industry Structure and Employment Structure

According to the survey there are few of scholar researching the area of the mechanism theory of reciprocal influence between industry structure and employment structure. This essay empirically analyzes the change mechanism. between China's industry structure and employment structure. Differed the traditional theory, it established the mechanism model and empirical model of industry structure and employment structure. The study shows that in theory industry structure and employment structure change with the shift of labor. But in fact labor surplus exists in all industries of our country. The shift mechanism of labor is not so obvious. And the relation between China's industry structure and employment structure is not same pace. These theory models and empirical analytic conclusions are very important to regulate our country's industry structure and improve the absorption ability of employment
