Influence of the annealing on the permeability of nanocrystalline Fe73.5Nb3Cu1Si13.5B9 magnetic alloy

摘要
Rapidly quenched amorphous magnetic alloy Fe73.5Nb3Cu1Si13.5B9 ribbon become nanocrystalline material with grain size of 10-30nm by proper annealing. In this case, initial permeability and coercivity are mu = 4.5 x 10(4), Hc =2A/m, respectively, and permeability is constant in range of frequency 10-1000KHz.
