摘要
This paper carries out an empirical study on corporate governance characteristics and performance of high-tech corporations. Our conclusion shows that among the severely competitive high-tech corporations, ROE is significantly positively correlated with Tobin's Q; the average salary of executives, the stock ownership of executives and institutions are significantly positively correlated with ROE. And the degree of equity restriction is significantly positively correlated with Tobin's Q. In order to improve corporate performance, we need to consummate the corporate governance.
