摘要
In order to solve the problem of transportation management and transportation cost of cloud manufacturing platform order, a solution of improving supply logistics based on building a distribution center as a transit point to achieve consolidation of transportation and centralized management of small batch orders is proposed. By analyzing the previous order information of the cloud platform, choosing the initial distribution center, establishing the evaluation index with the principle of site selection and using the entropy value method to realize the comprehensive evaluation of the distribution center. And then according to the logistics cost minimization and using genetic algorithm to determine the most excellent distribution center, to solve the key aspects of the logistics program development process. Achieved for arrange the distribution center reasonably for each order of the cloud manufacturing platform and the order centralization - the decentralized logistics scheme is determined. An example shows the feasibility of this process.
