摘要
This study discusses the barriers that affect the adoption of e-commerce on SMEs in Indonesia, especially in the city of Palu, Central Sulawesi. In this study the barriers are grouped into five groups: technical, economic, political, organizational, legal and regulatory and social culture. The results in this research found resistance correlated most strongly to the adoption of e-commerce are economic and organizational barriers. Besides the next instance is the discrepancy between the barriers perceived by SMEs based on the level of business, status, and long-established businesses.
