SYNTHESIS OF CONDENSED PYRIMIDINES IN ONE-POT REACTION FROM PYRANOQUINOLINES AND BMMAs

摘要：
New pentacyclic heterocycles of the type 3a-e -5a-e were synthesized by one - pot reaction of the amino-cyano pyrano[3,2-h]quinolines 1a-e with BMMAs (e.g. Ethyl N-[bis(methylsulfanyl) methylene] glycinate, ethyl 2[bis (methylsulfanyl) methylene]-1-methylhydrazine carboxylate and/or ethyl N[bis(methylsulfanyl) methylene]- beta-alaninate). All the synthesized derivatives were identified by conventional methods (IR, (HNMR)-H-1, MS) and elemental analysis. Antifungal tests were also performed.
