摘要
Video has become a new fundamental service of mobile networks. In addition, end-users are always expecting for better service quality. One of the main challenging task in 4G LTE mobile networks is how to satisfy users quality of experience QoE for video applications. A video Mean Opinion Score vMOS is proposed by Huawei to evaluate the QoE of the end-user experience. In this paper we have used vMOS as tool to evaluate video experience of DJEZZY consumers and compared it to subjective tests based on a panel of human. In addition, we have developed an application "Mobile vMOS calculation" to help operator to plan and construct mobile broadband networks for video services.
